Actually Ts'o said it's unlikely a fsck is going to help. That said, I
have done a fsck of the file system after a couple of the crashes. They
didn't turn up any major problems.

I haven't been able to identify a way to trigger it, it seems to happen
randomly at (so far) 50, 45, 29 day intervals. The server is only used as a svn
server, in use 24/7 by around 100 developers.
Internet searches have not turned up many similar reports, there was one report
on the lkml back
Is there a reproducer that I can reproduce the issue locally?
