I haven't been able to identify a way to trigger it, it seems to happen randomly at (so far) 50, 45, 29 day intervals. The server is only used as a svn server, in use 24/7 by around 100 developers. Internet searches have not turned up many similar reports, there was one report on the lkml back on March 4 on kernel 5.0.0-rc8-next-20190301, the line numbers don't match but the stack traces look very similar and from the response of Ted Ts'o it looks like it is the same error. But there didn't appear to be any follow up. I emailed the reporter and he didn't remember the bug. https://lkml.org/lkml/2019/3/4/1004
