Hi Bartosz, Thanks for the feedback. I had tried to uninstall Simple-Scan via Ubuntu Software Center and then re-install. Since that didn't work, I followed the directions to try and build it from source https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/simple-scan but that build attempt kind of failed at the

Hi Charles. I suspect that you have some custom installation of the Simple Scanner. What is the output of the command: $ which simple-scan According to documentation: https://packages.ubuntu.com/bionic/amd64/simple-scan/filelist it shoule be: /usr/bin/simple-scan Try to run simple-scan from
