I can confirm that running procps_3.2.7-9ubuntu2_i386.deb worked as expected. I downloaded the .deb package, reversed the net.ipv4.tcp_timestamps = 0 in /etc/sysctl.conf fix and then applied the package. I am using a Westell Model 327W (D90-327W15-06) Manufactured 9/2006 with Verizon DSL.
