ffmpeg using libavcodec-unstripped does not encode or decode AMR
Under Hardy, Medibuntu provided *-unstripped, which included support for
AMR.
Under Intrepid, Medibuntu does not provide ffmpeg or lib*-unstripped
anymore. Instead, these packages are available in the multiverse
repository, which I installed as suggested in
