Works not for me since today! I opened up a bug report about the missing data in the weather plugin, installed the proposed packaged and it worked on 2 machines. Tested in Xubuntu Hardy 8.04.3 for i386. Working great now; did have to remove the existing plugin from the panel and the use Add to panel... to add it again. Tested in Ubuntu 8.04.3 for x86-64, and it works fine there. I had to log out and back in again to activate the updated code. (I thought I'd try that since Charlie Kravetz reported trying removing and re-adding the applet to the panel.
