This problem is fixed in gutsy. There is only one desktop file existent,
/usr/share/apps/konqueror/servicemenus/kdesvn_subversion.desktop

Confirmed on Kubuntu 6.10, amd64 with clean install.
Prior to the error message the system becomes unresponsive for about
half a minute (looks like 100% CPU utilisation).
In my case the two invalid menu entry items are 'Checkoutto' and
'Exportto'
