I'm going to go ahead and confirm this. I've also seen this behaviour,

I haven't noticed that the ordering of the actual menu items change but
the two separators change place. Sometimes they are both at the bottom,
sometimes the other one is between New Session and Logout and the
other one is at the bottom. This can also be seen in Christop Korns
screenshots. And I'm
I have seen it twice using the Spanish UI, it seems to be quite
randomic.
