I have the same problem. This entry:

 karlheg ALL = NOPASSWD: /etc/init.d/fetchmail

... worked fine in Maverick, but no longer functions in a fresh install
of Natty. In Maverick, I could type:

 sudo -k
 sudo /etc/init.d/fetchmail awaken

... and not enter a password (or swipe my finger on the thinkfinger
reader). But now, in Natty, it prompts for the password (or fingerprint)
anyway. (I also tried with the fingerprint reader disabled in pam; same
result.)
