Since this problem resolved without any change to prism itself, it is not the case that there was a bug that was then fixed. Either the problem was not due to a bug, in which case this should be closed as Invalid, or it was due to a bug but you are no longer willing/able to provide the necessary information for a developer to work on it (you did, after all, close the bug), in which case this should also be closed as Invalid. Therefore, the correct status for this bug is Invalid. Hi, The problem I had has been solved by Un installing Shiretoko. I installed FireFox and Prism again. Now Gmail Prism Google docs Prism work fine. Hi Gersten, I don't know the answer to 'Are you using the installed menu entry to launch Prism Google Mail?' However, I will try and guess. Most likely, no, I am not using the installed menu entry to launch Prism Google Mail because I wanted the latest version of Firefox so I got Shiretoko.
