Thanks, I did the apport-collect 556426 but the site gets stuck at the Almost
finished ... mark. I think it is the apt-get. A few months ago I did tried to
install the 195 drivers (better vdpau support) from a ppa. After a kernel
upgrade things went sour. The uninstallation of that
Did a fresh format + reinstall of Lucid. Installed nvidia-current from
the third party driver installer jockey. Still the same problem.

to my xorg.conf file. No improvement but there was a change though.

Today (April 07)'s nvidia-modalias and jockey updates seemed to have
fixed it.

Can you please run apport-collect 556426 to attach the logs we'll need
to help troubleshoot this problem to the bug report? I'm guessing you
installed nvidia-current via apt-get and not jockey and the GL stuff was
not set up properly because of that.
