it's not a bug, those softwares need evolution to work and users should
know that uninstalling evolution will uninstall those that they could be
using. Closing the bug it's an evolution issue in now way, you could
open a software-center request but users tend to be unhappy if you
uninstalling

Of course it is not a bug, it is an enhancement request. For Ubuntu
ergonomy and simplicity. And i think it has a quite big impact as many
users don't use this software. (that is why I insist so much, sorry ;)
Which kind of user would try to uninstall Evolution via Software-center
but would be

correctly those package are dependent of evolution, so removing
evolution should indeed uninstall those.

As mentionned before, if it is safe to remove them, then it should be
transparent for the user (especially in Software-center which is for
non-tech users).
