Of course it is not a bug, it is an enhancement request. For Ubuntu ergonomy and simplicity. And i think it has a quite big impact as many users don't use this software. (that is why I insist so much, sorry ;)
Which kind of user would try to uninstall Evolution via Software-center but would be aware he needs such advanced features ? Such a non-understandable warning message for such a simple task, is completely in contradiction with the aim of simplicity of Ubuntu (for "human beings"..) The solution could be : for Ubuntu's version of Evolution, make these 4 packages dependencies of Evolution, so that they become "part of" Evolution. - when uninstalling Evolution in Software-Center, basic users would not get this worrying message - when re-installing Evolution in Software-Center, the 4 packages would come again with it, so that the user gets the same Evolution as it is in Ubuntu's fresh instal. - there could be another package allowing tech users to install the original "gnome-Evolution".
