I don't know who Mutter is, but yes, that sounds right.
It's normally quite handy to redefine the Windows-X keys, because normally
Linux distros have no use for them. I normally set one up for opening a
terminal, one for vim, one for settings, etc, etc, etc...
BUT, on latest Ubuntu netbook
Just to be sure, this bug is about mutter preventing shortcuts defined
in gnome-keybinding-properties (Keyboard Shortcuts) that use Super
from working, right?

Still doesn't work for me. I'm installed ubuntu network edition today
and I have updated it. Perhaps it is a regression, I have not tested it
before...
