Florian Pichon, this bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been
any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an
issue? If so, could you please test for this with the latest development

Problem here as well, but sporadic. Sometimes it happens, sometimes not.
Here is one other bug I think is related to this. It happened today:
1. Insert CD ROM (In my case external USB HDD was mounted at the same time)
2. Do some copying from CD to internal HDD
3. Use umount to unmount CD ROM.
(...sorry about uncompleted post. To continue: )
ERROR: CD is unmounted but not ejected.
4. Unmount the HDD and send laptop to sleep.
5. Insert DVD ROM. ERROR: The DVD is not mounted.

clicking the eject button in nautilus).
hdparm -I /dev/sr0:
I can confirm this problem with Ubuntu 11.04 Beta 1.

I have the same problem on a Dell Precision M4500. It seems to be caused by the
fact that no udev events are triggered if the DVD is ejected with the button
when the drive is mounted. Unmounting the DVD after it has been ejected
triggers the event. In the same way, just unmonting without
