Azureus crash problems is a known issue which took time to get fixed.
You can install azureus version 2.5.0.4-1ubuntu3~gutsy1 in Linux Ubuntu
Gutsy with backports repositories enabled, this version fixes the crash
problem.

I'd would be great if/when sun-java5 1.5.0-10-1 is synced for feisty, it would
be released on edgy-updates too. There's no API changes, just bugfixes.

I concur. Happens on two P3 machines with Azureus. Mercury and LimeWire
don't even startup. May be related to P3 only, I don't see posts about
those problems on the official forums.
