We'll whitelist a few apps which simply cannot work any other way in the
timeframe available. We'll have Skype indicator support done for Natty+1.

This is a necessary evil for this release, as we won't have appindicator
support in Skype. However, there is work to try and get the telepathy
provider working as an alternative. To this end, I'm marking this as
wishlist as we all want it to happen (skype using appindciator, but it
might not be
