Unfortunately the files you are requesting no longer exist, I've had a host machine crash and lost the virtual machine. I will, however, reinstall and attempt to reproduce the the problem. Please see the attached file. I had the error a total of 3 times while installing updates using synaptic, other times the error did not repeat itself so I wasn't able to find consistencies.
