Seems that this is locked in with the upgrades to g-s-d and g-c-c 3.16,
the latter of which is tied in with gnome-online-accounts which is
blocked on webkitgtk2 in main (LP: #1466290).

In-order to have the In Band IPMI Firmware upgrade feature,
we require the ipmitool to be 1.8.15 version included in the Ubuntu 14.04.3 ISO.

ubuntu-download-manager tests fail when built

Since Ubuntu 15.04, dialog boxes happen to have larger-than-usual
buttons which are cropped (see the attached screenshot).
This happens only in themes Ambiance and Radiance, as far as I can tell.
This has been tried on a fresh install of 15.04 as well. It's hard to
tell
