So, if today is feature freeze for Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, is there any word
yet if PHP7 is in or out?
I tested PHP7 and only had problems getting phpMyAdmin, but haven't
tried for a few days.
Really, it would be a shame if PHP7 were not in 16.04. I don't see much
else to desire for upgrade.

The intent was to check with systemd from wily-proposed, with the
regular wily kernel. In particular, an upstream kernel would be
expected to fail by default without setting an extra apparmor flag in
the container
I will look into this a bit further, but it looks like, for some reason,
your system is trying to depend on OpenSSL 1.0.0 libraries, instead of
OpenSSL 1.0.2 libraries. It is possible you have a broken system,
because other package upgrades in your apt history log appeared to fail
as well.
