So this issue is happening when I have a single Chrome tab open (on this
issue page) and nothing else. The usage does spike up to higher than 25%
for a couple of seconds then back down to 10%-ish (one for Xorg and one

I'm on "Ubuntu 19.04" (disco), with initramfs-rools at version
0.131ubuntu19, and this is still broken for me.
lvdisplay gives /dev/xubuntu-vg/swap_1 as the swap logical volume path
and dzVm4y-Xeh5-o9UB-jLnI-0ldX-azSN-9w6QZq as the UUIS.
I've tried separately with /etc/initramfs-tools/conf.d/resu
Not sure if this is exactly the same bug, but I get an easily reproduce-
able crash when using the search bar(magnifying glass icon) under the
"Processes" tab, by typing a '[' character into the textbox.

I checked vsock devices, those are fully mediated by libvirt and only an
already open FD is passed when using those.
Without apparmor allowing a new open to qemu I have:
sudo lsof -p 9445 +fg | grep vhost
qemu-syst 9445 libvirt-qemu 19u CHR RW,LG 10,241

confirmed #35 build fix same issue on XPS13 9360 with wifi module QCA6174.
Tested 10 suspends on power pluged and unpluged
