When the user click any item on index site bar the zoom level of
displayed document is always reset to "Fit Page". The user had to adjust
zoom level again to match zoom level before such item-click.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a PDF that contains document structure (or
@sexxxenator On Ubuntu Focal using test PDF, text selection by double-
clicking works fine, but I can't expand the selection by arrow keys.
