When the entering my password for full disk encryption, I cannot use the
number pad to enter numbers. The number pad keys enter several
characters in the password prompt and that occasionally makes the
password prompt crash.
Entering the numbers using the top keyboard row
I did that and it did seem to fix the problem.
I re-enabled Ubuntu Dock and it still is fixed though, so I'm not sure
what that means.

balance_power is not a kernel default, so something on the system
running which is changing cpufreq parameters. "balamce_performance" is
the default.
Anyway thermald is setting the package power limit as per thermal
tables. There is no power sharing info in the tables.
We have this power sharing
I rebooted now and without any reason (no update, no parameter
modification) I logged again with Xorg. I left the session and the list
is now : "ubuntu/ ubuntu with wayland". I guess there is a problem.

With cubic I have generated a new ISO with kernel 5.10.0-1049.51
installed.
1) PXE boot is working as fast as it should be.
2) Once O.S. installed download speeds are working as expected again.

My phone's bluetooth is displayed dozens of times under the network
My previous laptop (Dell Precision 5530, Ubuntu 20.04) was using the
Nouveau display drivers If I remember correctly before switching to Dell
Precision 5550 and I had same sort of crashes. If this bug is really
related to graphics driver, which I'm not so sure at this point to be
honest, I suspect
I've just discovered that the links are opened in Firefox, which I have
running in another virtual window. That's strange and counter-intuitive,
especially when PDF files in emails I've received are opened in another
tab within Thunderbird, but it does actually work.

Since all the evidence we have so far is that this is some silent
