On my desktop 18.04 computer this happens for all the videos that I have
tried (3 of the 5 so far).
And yes, the web versions seem to work fine, which suggest to me that
this is a yelp problem and not a docs problem.

the kernel, but don't yet have proof. If I compile the mainline kernel
(5.6-rc4) myself i get this error 5600 times (once per module):

There is only one PLL (Phase Locked Loop) in the processor, all CPUs get
the resulting clock. When they go into deep idle states (deeper than C1,
at least for my processor) then they give up their vote into the PLL as
to what the frequency should be. Your single 100% task is dedicating the
CPU freq

I don't think this age old too many kernels problem, and the should old ones be
auto-deleted or not, is specific to any particular package. It has been beat to
death over years and years.

Now that mediawiki is back in 16.10, will the newer version be backported to
16.04?
We only publish the Ubuntu Serverguide for LTS releases and do not want to add
some note that it may or may not be there. See also bug #1644701 .

One of the 3 patches was included in the mainline kernel sometime ago.
It fixed SLAB, but not SLUB. The other two patches are now in the
mainline kernel and will appear in kernel 4.10-RC1. I'll re-test then.

driver was being used, and therefore "ondemand" did not exist, it would
