Hi!
No problem with continous synchronisation! Problem was: /etc/default/ntpdate
says NTPDATE_USE_NTP_CONF=yes.
But /etc/ntp.conf does not exist, because ntp is not installed. ->
nptdate-debian fails. At least I think so, because my system time was not
correct.

also. When trying to play minigames on
www.miniclip.com some games don't work. The frame in which the game
should run is scrambled up totally. One of theses is "bubble trouble".

but I got no good results. Turning antialiasing off made the fonts pretty
scrambled, so not usable, too. Any other adjustments did not provide any good

Success!
There were actually three flash plugins installed! After removing the packages
that contained libswfdecmozilla.so and libgnashplugin.so everything is fine in
firefox. The only flash plugin now is libflashplayer.so.

I solved the problem with the Update-Manager.
It was a OpenSSL+libSSL problem. Removed old traces of compiled OpenSSL

Same on OTA 9.1. The symbol for the voicemail mailbox is there, but it is
without function.
Regarding bug #1338970: How to define a voicemail number on the SIM card? If I
remember correctly, my other phones asked me for the number when I hit the
button the first time.

Today I tried to upgrade to Kubuntu 16.10 Beta 2. I did it by using
do-release-upgrade.
Upgrade went fine, no issues whatsoever. But now GUI won't start. When I boot
the box, the glowing "Kubuntu" appears. When it disappears, there is a cursor
on the top left of the screen.
When starting lightdm from console I am able to login to the GUI. So no
greeter is called from the boot / init process. I have a
/sbin/init/splash (with pid 1) running all the time. Maybe this is the
reason why it hangs?

After a reboot I got a message instead of the cursor: Something (I can't
remember exactly what is was) failed and I should issue " systemctl status
sddm.service " to examine the situation.
The output showed, that sddm.service was requesting the contents of the
/etc/X11/default-display-manage
While it works somehow ok when selecting text in the browser, it is
absolutely impossible to place the cursor inside some misspelled word
when writing an email (with dekko, this is).

I think the icon for the missing 2nd sim card shouldn't be there. If you
pull down at the network icons, the info is shown. In my opinion, this
is good enough. The icon provides no useful information and wastes space
at the top line.

Radeon3100. I have an ugly splash screen, ugly boot messages and ugly
console screens. So nothing happened, as far as I can see, to this in
Meerkat. I've tried modifying /etc/default/grub setting GRUB_GFXMODE and

Since the September OTA, dialer app is laggy on a bq aquaris 4.5.
If you hit the number keys, the numbers will be displayed with delay. The delay
varies, but is mostly there and substantial.
This is even if dialer ist the only active app and the cpu is idling.

graph, the line drops with 45 degrees. When I start top (via ssh) there is no
activity on the phone. music-app, media-hup, nothing pops up. After killing
(via quit from the chooser) music app, the graph gets horizontal again.

I would expect to see missed calls in ALL, but they can be only seen in
MISSED. I think missed calls should be included in ALL, after all it's
called ALL and this is how all my other phones worked (if my memory
serves me right).

I'm on a bg aquaris 4.5.
I've just placed a call from my other phone and this one shows up in missed. In
fact, all the missed calls show up in ALL. I'll have a close look at it the
next days and report if I find something. Please keep the bug open in the
meanwhile...

I consider this as a workaround. But it is working at least ...

Hi Guys, It's 2016 and this annoying bug still exists. It is not even triaged.
And the workaround mentioned by Stephen doesn't work for me. Most links don't
have the html suffix (like in https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1500333)

Holidays can be seen in the today scope. Holiday calendar is enable in google
account which I am syncing to. But no (Austrian) holidays in calendar app. How
do I get them?

If you hit a favourite contact in today scope, the contact detail is
shown. The image is always scaled to fit the width of the screeen. If
the image is in portrait mode, the buttons below the image are pushed
outside the screen. Image should be presented as in the contacts app
That may very well be the case, because my phone is in deep sleep most
of the time. That leads me to another issue: My phone may show 23%
battery for 2 days and then, suddenly is dead because the battery is
emty. Is this on you radar, too, or should I report another bug?

Christopher, I've already done this. First of all, I tried Ubuntu. But this was
not very successful. It advanced up to the 'Ubuntu' writing. From there on, the
red dot hopped until I stopped the system. I let it hop for about 5 minutes.
