Had another crack at this last night, and found that by removing old
versions of libdb I was able to get it working again. Can't confirm if
it's broken something else, but so far all seems to be OK.

I realise this is several years on, but if you want to link with
"-lpolyml", you should install the libpolyml-dev package, which provides
libpolyml.so as a symlink to libpolyml.so.1.0.1.

In Ubuntu 12.10, "qemubuilder.c:316" was
"argv[argc++]=strdupa(kernel_image)" (version 0.69 of cowdancer). This
crash is because no KERNEL_IMAGE was given in pbuilderrc. A fix has been
committed, and will be included in the next upload. Please see the
linked Debian bug for more information.
