Hello fellas;
I've been having the same problem but a lot more aggressive; I can't
seem to download any new mail at all! I can download all the old mail
fine but any new mail that arrives seems to be invisible to Evo. Any
suggestions or requests for more information are welcome, I'm pulling my

the symptom was that a java process that attempts to listen on an ssl
socket was hanging. turns out that this is because there's not enough
entropy in the kernel rng and java's SecureRandom reads from
/dev/random. from there, i found that
apparently i was wrong. i didn't have the original case to test with,
but on my local desktop it appears to be working now. the original case
did involve a windows file server.
i suppose this bug report should really be deleted and i should have re-
tested again before reporting it initially.

power.sh does not respect configurations in laptop-mode.conf on: when to
enable, hdparm -B value, and hdparm -S value. Why no just leave
decisions to laptop-mode.conf and make things NOT that ambiguous!

This is really annoying. It might be wise to keep current behavior by
default for security reasons, but there should be a way of overriding it
other than recompiling from source code! Many people ARE in need of PATH
inheritance. I wonder why no maintainers look into it, which seems easy
to come up

This means that vncviewer localhost will end up with connection
