Doesn't look that way, for some strange reason. Well, there are some security issues with the NX technology as is, but those seem to be theoretical, not practical. Packages are able to display confirmations, so that shouldn't reallt prevent it from being available in the repos. Thanks, Mr. Krause.

I absolutely agree with Vincenzo. This bug has been bothering me for years, it seems, but how often have I changed resolution for my screen? Seldom. So I haven't really made a big deal out of it. Beta versions and pre-releases aren't meant for the masses though. This must not happen after release. Perhaps there should be two update release cycles; one early for advanced and experienced users, and one for "normal" users. That way, such update bugs could be trapped before it does any harm. -
