I know about apt-get dist-upgrade, but I didn't know where to get daily
CD images. I downloaded the powerpc alternate install CD on Oct. 10 and
am installing from it now - booting the install-powerpc64 target
worked without a hitch.

The ability to drag and drop the columns to rearrange them is of course
not an issue, since it's an added feature above and beyond regular
column headers. But previous releases of Evolution have had the same
capability, while looking just like regular column

installed, upgraded to 8.10. Synaptic shows residual configurations.

If I create a new user and log in as that user for the first time, then
go to the Appearance capplet, the selected theme is Custom. If I
click the Customize button, the Controls are set to Human-Murrine. If
I switch the Controls to Industrial, there's padding on the tooltip.

I can confirm the RB looks fuzzy when alt+tabbing in compiz, maybe a SVG

Michiel, did you ever get this resolved. I've got a Toshiba A10 that's
having the same problem; also running hardy haron. I don't think I was
getting these errors initially so I'm not sure what's happened. I can
use the DVD-rom for other things and I've used it for burning ISO's
recently but...
I reinstalled the gstreamer stuff and mplayer and I've stopped seeing
the messages. I'm not sure how at this point but I'm not complaining.

IMO should exist in the toolbar and enable CTL when chosen.
If possible, even show in immediate toolbar (without having to select it) if a
right-to-left language is installed in underlying OS (if installed on OS -
probably will be used in office

If that will be the way this bug is fixed, may I suggest, for intuitiveness,
auto-enabling CTL at install time if a complex language is installed in the
underlying OS.
Querying the user about his/her preference is also an option (although a less
desired one, in my opinion).

I've been annoyed by the right click problem for a while now but have recently
noticed what I believe is the same thing happening on left clicks with
noscript.
I have noscript installed and often I need to enable a particular script on a
page. Left clicking on the small noscript icon in the

I dont know how you might reproduce it to be honest - other than that my
toshiba satelite pro with jaunty has this bug, and similar machines
might have the same problem.
I am using a work around at the moment - i use the xset m command to
manually set the mouse speed.
This is a deal breaker for me as well. I had vpn working in Hardy but
the upgrade to Intrepid lost my settings. I need the debug info to
figure out what is wrong.
