context menu will be drawn under the cursor, 100% repr
FF tries to draw both types of context menu above or below the cursor,
but images links have very long context menus, and so often cannot fit
above OR below the cursor.
Obvious fix: draw menus to the left when the cursor is near the right
edge of the screen.
