Thanks I forgot the syntax for the apport-collect. I ran it this morning
on my laptop.it sent some info, hope that helps.
Im part of an ubuntu group on fb and this is a common problem.
unfortunatly I dont see anything in my dmesg logs this time.

Im terribly sorry I just am at an alternate location and we were having
wifi issues. Upon wireshark investigation I saw a lot of packets
appearing as tcp stack out of order and it was retransmitting them. My

I use virtualbox to host serval vms. About a week ago since an update. I
lost connectivity to the internet via all my vms.
I just did 6 hours of troubleshooting and I see upon serveral fresh
installs of virtualbox on 19.04.That

It seems that upon a fresh install of virtualbox, that it states
vboxweb.service is a disabled or a static unit, not starting it.
