The Cg shaders can be compiled with the tools available in nvidia-cg-
toolkit, which is in the Ubuntu multiverse repository. That would mean
that dolphin-emu can be included in Ubuntu, but it would have to be in
multiverse.

Since lubosz and Simon have not responded in a while and I've confirmed
that boinc-manager correctly launches websites in my default browser
(which is Firefox for me) on Lucid, I'm closing this bug.

When you say that one of the pages is printed incorrectly, do you mean

Evince no longer crashes when opening manual.dvi, so I'm closing this
bug. However, the file cannot be opened (which itself is a separate bug;
please file a new bug report for that).
(I tested this with Evince 2.30.3-0ubuntu1.1 on Lucid.)
