I recently removed a lot of packages and there was no broken dependencies.
After I got error message when running avconv -version,
I tried reinstalling
The bug is actually that Nautilus (Gnome's file browser) doesn't create
trash folder (which eog tries to access) when NTFS partition is mounted
using /etc/fstab as opposed to automatic mounting done by Nautilus.

Just updated to 16.04 LTS. It seems that greeter crashes and restarts
when Capslock is pressed to switch languages and the languages doesn't
change. This makes it impossible to login if keyboard layout indicator
in menu bar is disabled.
