How do I see which driver I use? With the new X server version, the

News: it works now. The issue described above was just after installing 8.04.
After having the problem above, I enabled the nvidia restricted driver.
Then when you asked about driver and log, I disabled the restricted driver
again and tried this, and now it just worked.
Still some annoyances:
.xsession_errors after
- booting
- connecting TV
- opening nvidia x server settings
- clicking detect displays
- select display and selecting twinview
- checking resolution choices (that are 640x480 and 320x200)

Thank you anyway! Now I can cope without the nvidia restricted driver
and all many bugs (makes firefox crash X11, disables suspend and

Unsure; That platform where we had this problem is no longer in
production, hosts have been moved to another storage backend.

I usually test a suspend to disk after every new ubuntu release. In Jaunty

As far as I can see, what happens is that the from random import
constructRandom loads /usr/lib/python2.5/random.py instead of
/usr/share/games/pysol/random.py. Just as a test I copied
pysol/random.py to another file, and changed the imports in actions.py,
app.py and game.py to reflect this. The
