On Twitter this time, all the message appears in Friends, but the is replaced with ASCII code amp;. Again, posted normally in Twitter, just problem in Friends UI. Also, other bug on French special character with accent : ê Both in Friends, and this time in Twitter, it appears as ^e and not ê.
