umh, maybe I'm really bad at expressing myself (could really well be), but I
wrote this:
"I'd rather upload a openoffice.org-hyphenation without the conflicting
dictionaries once this one is uploaded and don't care more, it sounds cleaner,
and maybe add a Breaks+Replaces on lo-dicts instead.",

Nothing forces users to bulk update all the packages in their systems every
time, and the standard procedure to move a file between packages is to add
a breaks/replaces (that would have avoided this)

I'm not sure about this. It shouldn't happen on a fully updated Xenial.
@Jarosław, I'd guess that you updated libreoffice-dictionaries, but not
openoffice.org-hyphenation, and then was prompted to install hyphen-en-
gb when you opened Language Support.
If you run:
sudo apt-get update
sudo
** Tags removed: need-duplicate-check
