I'm not sure about this. It shouldn't happen on a fully updated Xenial.
@Jarosław, I'd guess that you updated libreoffice-dictionaries, but not
openoffice.org-hyphenation, and then was prompted to install hyphen-en-
gb when you opened Language Support.
If you run:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install dist-upgrade
and then try to install the missing language support again, it ought to
work.
@Jarosław: Can you please confirm my guess above, or else provide
details about the steps you took before you encountered this issue.
