Hope this helps, I think I found a workaround for my bluetooth tethering
issue with Android.
NOTE: This assumes that you're using tlp power manager.
Find your bluetooth device like so:
tlp-usblist | grep btusb
Bus 002 Device 011 ID : control = on, autosuspend_delay_ms =

This problem still happens here with:
linux-firmware:

Temporary solving with:
sudo modprobe -r btusb
sudo modprobe btusb
But it happens very very often.
