Not sure if it is a fix per se but it appears to just be looking for the
presence of a .txt file by that name. I created brcmfmac43602-pcie.txt
in the proper directory and just typed gibberish into it. I rebooted,
re-ran 'dmesg | grep error', and found that the error is gone. Bluetooth
seems to work just fine. Or at least my bluetooth mouse is connecting
and working correctly.

I installed bcmwl-kernel-source and can now connect to wifi networks.
But the error persists:
