1. I cannot move my mouse pointer. 2. There are some .crash files but these look unrelated based on timestamps. I've included a screenshot of the files that I have. 1. When the problem happens, can you still move the mouse pointer? 2. Please check for any history of crashes on the system: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Responses#Missing_a_crash_report_or_having_a_.crash_attachment 3. Next time the problem happens, please reboot and then run: journalctl -b
