1. I cannot move my mouse pointer. 2. There are some .crash files but these look unrelated based on timestamps. I've included a screenshot of the files that I have. Here is my last prevboot.txt I have shut down or reset after recovering from my last crash. Not sure if this is useful or not, but I'll be sure to send the next one.
