Okay, so my immediate problem was unrelated to this entirely. I didn't
have /etc/hosts setup on them so they simply couldn't find each other.

So I did run into the problem mentioned here and installing
drbd8-utils_8.4.3-0ubuntu0.12.04.1_amd64.deb fixed that so I validate.
(Glad to in the end be able to contribute something.)
I'm now finally watching /proc/drbd show syncing on this new drbd setup.

juju juju-upgrade, and juju bootstrap and deploy with the openstack provider

Heavily loaded nova-compute instances don't sent reports frequently
I can reproduce this - and demonstrate a fix - on a machine with apache2
and libapache2-mod-wsgi. See the attached archive; expand and run `make
demo`.

I'm trying to reproduce this (using a 64k cluster size 2G qcow2 rootfs).
Does simply having heavy filesystem activity in parallel trigger this,
or should I be doing something else as well? Does it help to have qcow2
snapshots?

be available at http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/qemu-kvm/1.0+noroms-
