Eu estava sem internet fui dormir ontem... hehehe
esse endereço chega até mim pelo roteador do vizinho... no caso o cabo
de rede está ligado diretamente no meu computador... mas geralmente fica
ligado no meu roteador e é justamente o erro que dá o de DNS na
Coloca os DNS de sua operadora no resolv.conf, se não funcionar, pode
ser necessário colocar os DNS diretamente no roteador principal lá no
seu vizinho que vai rotear os dados para ti.
Instale o traceroute: apt-get install traceroute e depois faça umas
busca pelo facebook
$ traceroute
Mas é provavel que sejá alguma configuração no teu note.
Pois tu informa que quando coloca outro computador na rede funciona.

Refaça os passos para editar resolv.conf e coloque os servidores do open
DNS, são eles:
208.67.222.222

E a orientação do João sobre traceroute é altamente recomendável para
certificar se é realmente problema de DNS.
Aliás digita este IP no
Pessoal, chega ser até engraçado. Minha internet está funcionando
parcialmente.
Consigo acessar sites como vimeo, ubuntu, google, e muitos outros.
Mas quando entro especificamente no youtube e no facebook o site carrega
num primeiro momento e depois fica inacessível.
Daí eu volto para os sites
Verifique as configurações de DNS do roteador...e/ou as configuração
de MTU...

getting small quantities out to Portland State University and FreeGeek in

No Ubuntu está com problemas para reconhecer e funcionar, em outras
distros nem reconhece.
É bem provável que o hardware não sejá suportado pelo Kernel, já
tentou configurar com o alsamixer?

novos pacotes e correções não podem ser enviadas, então ficam imediatamente

depois eles vão lançando atualizações e corrigindo cada um deles.
Atualmente eu uso kubuntu(12.04) no trabalho e em casa já estou usando o
12.10,
Um dos bugs mais chatos e já se arrasta a um certo tempo, é o rhythmbox
que as vezes não fecha, só no kill -9 !

Quanto ao unity no inicio foi dureza aceitar a mudança, mas hoje já esta
mais maduro e estável.

músicas para o Totem (Rápido e Leve), quem diz que a alteração
funciona?! Pode voltar lá na config e ver, o Totem está lá como programa
padrão, mas ao executar uma mp3 abre-se o rhythmbox...só removendo essa
porcaria
