Hey Matt! I fixed this yesterday in s-c 3.1.14. The solution I agreed
with mvo is that we wouldn't accept reviews without an origin. This
means that you still won't be able to show your support for opera, but

If pcscd is started normally as a service (sudo service pcscd start), my
activekey doesn't work, but if I start it:
$ sudo su
# LIBCCID_ifdLogLevel=0x000F
# export LIBCCID_ifdLogLevel
# pcscd --foreground --debug --apdu
