Confirmed on the same image than the OP. It worked only once for me,
then on another boot it prompted me for a PUK code, otherwise I get no
prompt on boot and no unlock dialog when I tap on 'unlock' in the
indicator.

Reproduced on latest mako on rc-proposed.
syslog, output of list-modems, list-context, nmcli d attached.
I disabled cellular data and wifi, the dialler shows 'No Network' and I
cannot make a call. The same test passes on arale.

message. Dialing the voicemail AT&T says there are no messages.

For reference, I tried on krillin rc-proposed 117 with and without wifi
and MMS worked both ways. The Orange SIM is on the second slot, and I
switched data to this SIM in system-settings. Note that I replaced
/usr/sbin/ofonod by the binary in comment 17 then restarted the phone to
be as close as po

If you're comfortable with shell commands, could you please enable developer
mode, install android tools on a PC, connect the
@Nicola, given the name of the binary I suppose you are using windows
and, unfortunately I have no experience with windows version of adb. Can
you make sure developer mode is enabled on your device, then
disconnect/reconnect the device to your machine?

I confirm this behaviour on arale. It started 2 weeks ago or so but
thought it was my operator (Free Mobile France). Sometimes the phone
displays "Searching" and never connects to the cellular network while
another phone next to it, with the same operator, is connected.

It didn't happen for the last couple of days but in my case there is an
agreement between Free Mobile and Orange France to use Orange network when Free
has no coverage.
In settings/Cellular/Carrier the 2 operators are listed, Free is selected
(which is fine, it's my operator) and I cannot chang
