Just because we cover everything with the finger and are unable to place
the cursor where we want to. Correct is a BIG raindrop(Android) >under<
the cursor so that we can put the finger on a blue control point and
precisely put the cursor where we want to. On Ubuntu Touch:

What I complained about at #114 happened to me only once or twice under OTA-13.
I almost do not reboot my phone at all: for example my uptime at the moment is
9 days. I think the essence of this bug was fixed in OTA-13 and the whole bug
can be closed and marked as fixed. If it happens
