I updated qemu-kvm package from ppa:ubuntu-virt/kvm-network-hang.
I started next test to load network on VMs -
On VM 1 :
% nc -k -l 0.0.0.0 4242 /dev/null
On VM 2:
% cat /dev/zero | nc IP 4242
There is no problems with this VMs from 12/Sep/2012 .
So qemu-kvm package from this PPA resolved this

Another workaround is to reorder sources.list to have -security before

As of precise/quantal, keepalived does not honor the use_vmac directive.
Expected behavior is for keepalived to synthesize a virtual mac address
