sudo chmod 0755 /var/lib/samba /var/cache/samba

We *can* work around this in cloud-init, but I'd rather not.
We currently have some code that decides that if there is no 'sda', and there
is 'xvda', then ephemeral0 should be xvda. We *could* extend that to have
the same logic for xvde, but thats even more hacky.

I made some more udev changes and I got the Oncore reference clock
almost working. Here is what my PPS udev rules look like:

This can be fixed by changing /etc/mcollective/server.cfg
libdir = /usr/share/mcollective/plugins

service but the packaging. I don't think we'd need to have separate
named config files. I'd hope the configs that come with my compute
package have sane defaults and would work without having to look for a
myriad of config
