Public bug reported: Hi, memcached daemon has an option to specify custom character as the delimeter between key prefixes and IDs. # character cannot be used because of limitation of /usr/share/memcached/scripts/start-memcached. This startup script parses /etc/memcached_*.conf files and treats every line with # sign as a comment, which is wrong in case of line like below: -D # Simple patch attached. Ben, The other thing that likely needs fixing here is copy-out-kernels in the automated-ec2-builds. This doesn't cause a problem ordinarily, but because you have /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash, lxc-net failed to start. This bug has been fixed in quantal, and the fix is being backported to precise, but is still going through the verification process. I tried to use a repository over HTTPS in a charm testing locally, and
it was failing with a PROXY CONNECT error. It seems we try to use apt-
cacher-ng for it and it doesn't work.
Adding Acquire::https { Proxy false; }; to /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/02juju-
apt-proxy (done in ./juju/lib/lxc/data/juju-create) seems to fix the
issue.
