Selective block device migration feature was backported to libvirt 1.2.16 for
ubuntu willy.
This patch provides block live migration of vm booted from image with attached
devices on libvirt 1.2.16.

I've tested this libvirt fix on simple 1 controller and 2 compute nodes
multinode devstack setup.
Both compute nodes have libvirt in version 1.2.16.
After removing check which is in this patch
